MGA Facebook Page - A public page on Facebook for those connected with
the MGA to get to know one another and share experiences.  Click on "L

and you will be able to write posts, post pictures, links, notes, discussion, etc.

created earlier this year, and will increase our exposure as it will show up in

and follow the instructions to sign up.  Facebook is an easy-to-use social
networking website, with millions of people using it to connect with friends -
both past and present.  It is safe and you can make it as private as you want.

FDA MedWatch - The FDA Safety Information and Adverse Event Reporting
Program.  Get the latest information on medication alerts and recalls; you can
also sign up for their e-mail list and/or RSS feed, and report problems with
medication.

Drugs.com - A comprehensive and up-to-date source of drug information,
providing free, peer-reviewed, accurate and independent advice on more than
24,000 prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines & natural products.  
Includes a Pill Identifier and other helpful tools.

iGive.com - An easy way to raise money for the MGA!  All you do is register,
choose the MGA as your organization, and shop at many of the online stores
you already use, with no extra cost to you - just make sure to use the store's
link from iGive, and we'll receive a percentage of your purchase.  You can also
use iSearch, which gives us a penny or more each time you search!

GoodSearch - Another easy way to raise money for the MGA!  Very similar to
iGive, but no registration required and the search function is compatible with
more browsers (you can make it one of your regular search tools on your
browser toolbar).  It also has a store, GoodShop, which gives us a percentage of
your purchase at no extra cost to you, and also has coupons and discounts for
many of your favorite online stores!

eBay Giving Works - This program allows sellers on eBay to donate a
percentage of their earnings to us!  If you're a seller, think about us when you
make your listings (for instructions
go here); if you're a buyer, check out any
auctions that are donating to us, or, you can also make a one-time donation
directly on the website!

The Cochrane Collaboration - Reviews and abstracts of articles and clinical
trials on MG (some require a membership; most summaries can be viewed for
free)

United Way 2-1-1 - Search the online database or just call 2-1-1 (in the greater
KC area) to find helpful community resources

Job Accommodation Network - Gives information for employers and
employees on working with Myasthenia Gravis; they can also give resources
and assist in solving workplace disputes having to do with a disability.

Clinical Trials - Find information on ongoing clinical research trials for MG,
whether you are interested in participating or just want to know what research
is going on currently.

Turning Point - Provides a gathering place which serves the Kansas City
